plain shady..i dont know about her tax business. but as a property owner and manager she doesnt know how oregon rights work with tenant landlord rights.you and your dude should learn more before you think you're professionals.
Can't say I will be coming here for tax services again. Prices have increased, my appointment was rushed and no time was taken to do a detailed review. I came back to sign and pay and request a few minutes to review my file with Christy before it was submitted but was told no! If that's how I'm treated as a client that a few minutes can't be spared for review and a total of 10 minutes was spent with me altogether, why would I come here again or let alone a new client?
I wanted to address Bailey Gilbert's "1 star" review as I was a bit disenchanted by the reasoning behind it. First off, you were a client for "several years" until your divorce, along with other family members. Obviously, until your divorce you must have been highly satisfied with Christy's business practice, work ethic and professionalism to keep giving her your business. I have been going Christy for several years to get my taxes done. My parents have also been clients as well for years. I called this year to schedule and said they are no longer able to see me as a client due to me going through a divorce and will only be seeing my husband as a client. Difficult to be turned away after an already challenging year and a divorce is completely unrelated to having taxes done. I unfortunately wouldn’t recommend due to the poor treatment and my ex husband won’t be returning either.
Best tax service. We've been using Christy s services for years. Quick turn around in returns.
