The staff greets you right away, and you can feel the friendly, supportive rapport they have with one another. It truly feels like a team that operates more like family. It's been one month since I moved my sister into Landmark of Fridley (Assisted Living). I give them five stars because they deserve it. From my first visit to the facility, I was impressed with the marketing director's listening skills and his deep understanding of what caregivers are going through. My sister is shy, so it is good that the staff is very friendly in helping her transition. Meal ordering is challenging for her as she has difficulty in making choices. My father was there for Almost 4 years, we went from independent living to assisted without moving and then to memory care , I hav NEVER had a problem or a complaint through dads stay . Nurses , nurse assistants , hr , administration , maintenance , activities were all great . I would not hesitate to ever place a senior there . Helpful , smart , good advice , loving .
