It's been one month since I moved my sister into Landmark of Fridley (Assisted Living). I give them five stars because they deserve it. From my first visit to the facility, I was impressed with the marketing director's listening skills and his deep understanding of what caregivers are going through. My sister is shy, so it is good that the staff is very friendly in helping her transition. Meal ordering is challenging for her as she has difficulty in making choices. My father was there for Almost 4 years, we went from independent living to assisted without moving and then to memory care , I hav NEVER had a problem or a complaint through dads stay . My elderly father, most recently moved to the Landmark of Fridley. His transition went very smoothly. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating. He got in towards the end of the week, and after 5 o’clock most of the team is done for the day. Jorge, the young man who runs the front desk, stepped up and helped us install a few much-needed necessities.
