Had some issues, talked with the manager Katy and she fixed everything with a positive attitude and in a timely manner!
I've had several offers to change banks, and profit off the switch. I'm still here, and as long as I feel like a person, and not a number, I will continue to be here.
I just recently moved back to the area. I just needed to buy a roll of quarters to spend at the Fort Scott laundromat. I was told no, I didn't have an account there. That is not the way to earn a new customer. I will not be switching to this bank.
