Megan at Osawatomie branch is always friendly, kind and helpful.
I am so sick and tired of this bank. My wife and I called and asked for no over draft on our acct and they are still doing it and it made my make acct go in the hole plus ans then put a charge on our acct and we once again put my bank acct in the hole. Im closing my acct I have never had such a bad experience doing banking with Landmark. Hands down worst bank ever!

Excellent service everytime. Those lady's know customer service. No matter which teller you get always professional. No matter what questions you may have they can answer them for you. Has to be the most pleasant banking experience i have ever had. Thank you all.
I hate this bank. Meghan is rude and acts like she is better than anyone else. When we have had issues with bank, takes forever to get it done Then my husband almost got scammed and we had to close that acct. They were hateful and opened another acct for us and told us we are only allowed 1 debit, if we lose it they won't replace it. If any scam pops up again they will close our they will close our acct and they won't bank with us anymore. Living in a small town you don't have much options of where to bank.
