Bank manager should be fired, she has no empathy and is hugely disrespectful. I have been with your bank 20 plus years and I am a disabled combat veteran, worst customer service by Christy the bank manager ever had! I have referred 7 relatives and 6 friends that have opened accounts over the years. I closed an account yesterday, and will be closing my other 6 accounts very soon. Refused to give me the president of the banks number, like I can’t know it! Lol. Michael Scheopner will be talking to you soon!
This used to be a customer friendly, respectful bank, especially when it was First Bank. It has slowly evolved into a fees first bank and customers can go somewhere else if they don't like it. They really need to train their management on how to show respect when dealing with a customer. Was a customer for 35 years. It's sad when even managers fail to display good manners.
