I use the Wamego branch, and everyone that I deal with there is very nice and very helpful.
Employees are professional, knowledgeable and very helpful in a down to earth and relatable way to the transaction at hand. Have been a customer many years and hope to continue for many more. Highly recommend for all banking needs.
Love this place. I’ve been banking here for over 20 years and the staff has always been super nice. They’re very personable and since this is a small town they know you by name. I would highly recommend this place. We currently have four accounts two of which are for our children. I also recommend downloading their app which is extremely easy to use concurrently with their website. I check my app daily and I’m able to transfer money to my kids when needed as well.
Every time I come in contact with these people they’re rude. Definitely looking to find another bank
