One of the worst banks! I called to report my card stolen, they marked it as lost and continued to let the fraudulent charge go through. I requested a new debit card several times and 2 months later I still don't have it. The tellers are rude, the bank manager doesn't return calls and customer service reps can't help so they send you to a voice mail and you never get a call back. After 13 years of banking with them it's time to cut ties.
Acted apprehensive about cashing my check he was a older cacuasion guy. Not professional
They aren't bad of a bank but don't care for the new policy they have on opening a new account with them and then depositing a new check. I was told one thing about when ill see the money on my bank account and then was told something else otherwise. Otherwise, I would speak highly other than those miscommunications.
