Good Day To All. First, Thank You For Your Service. I am a U.S. ExPat living overseas in Spain. I have used LNB since I was on active duty at Fort Riley many years ago. Being overseas presents many problems with having a bank based in the U.S.A. However I have found the personnel willing to provide me with solutions. So many fine employees in all these years most of whom I have communicated with via emails to arrive at solutions. Most important is the timeliness in which they respond to my inquiries. Thank you. I've been a Landmark mortgage customer for 8 years. Landmark recently changed their platform for statements. My first statement showed 2 late fees. I went into a branch to inquire and one of the dates was from more than 2 years ago and the second they pointed to showed I had made the payment on time. No offer was made to credit that late fee.
