Been with landmark 20 years the last couple years have been horrible. The branch in Lawrence under Christy’s management anyway. We are getting ready to close our 7 accounts as well as the 11 relatives and friends we referred over the years. I have paid thousands in fees for NSF on business account because of a couple checks that never got deposited by employers I was contracted with. So far extremely disappointed, Landmark Bank has no customer service!! Loved Freedom Bank. no problems with customer service for 20 years.

NOT FRIENDLY
I used Landmark National Bank to finance a business purchase in 2019. All of the staff are friendly and easy to work. Kyle Knoth in particular did an amazing job in getting the financing pushed through. I highly recommend them.
