In 2017 we were pre approved for a home loan through the bank. After about 6 months of searching for our house, we found it and the bank decided we weren't pre approved anymore even though nothing had changed with us. Our realtor put us in contact with Terry. After one phone call and one meeting with Terry, she was able to do more for us in a week than the bank had done in months. We would not have been able to buy our house if it wasn't for Terry and her team.
