I went to the store on 1485 and hwy 59 Got gas and went in side to use the bathroom. It was the nastiest bathroom I have seen in a long time. Probably hasn't been cleaned in a long time! So sickening that the management hasn't addressed the cleanliness of the store. It is real dump!

As much as I previously loved coming to these gas stations, After what had happened on October 3rd 2022 at the 1300 W Davis St, Conroe, TX 77303 location. I no longer use Exxon or any affiliated companies. As if it was any other day I decided to take my car through their on site Timewise car wash for a simple cleaning. Very poor response, called to report a safety hazard, but no one is available to answer the phone. You be the judge. ( handicapped area)

I experienced an accident at the Timewise gas station car wash in Humble. I spoke with Brian at corporate who was extremely rude and dismissive. Their car wash damaged my vehicle and my work equipment and they are only accepting 50% liability for a car and equipment that I use as a small business owner here in the same community as many of their locations.
