I purchased the Ashley Hoopster 6 piece sectional & 30mins after it was delivered one of the motors didn’t work in one of the recliners & one of the other recliners had a bent frame. They sent a person from Landmark the next business day & they attempted to work on it but said it needed a new motor & a new frame which is on back order since mid October. I bought 5K plus worth of furniture here and it was not quality . I am a loyal customer and have called out to have furniture fixed without return phone calls from Diane and another lady . I’m so displeased with my purchase . I will definitely take my business elsewhere. Material of sofa is cheap. Dresser cracks… I don’t have my ottoman pictures but the top pillow shifted . I’ve only had furniture a few months . I’m so displeased . Never again !
