I went to Mattress for Less looking for king mattress set and met James E. Guzman salesman of the century. I was about to walk out of the store and he came to the door and called me back and inquired about what I was looking for he must have read my mind because when I told him, he took me straight to the mattress I was looking for with the price I was very interested in paying. Thanks to good people James E. Guzman.

REFUSED TO HELP ME. TERRIBLE SALESMAN. My husband and I were ready to buy same day and knew exactly what we were looking for. A middle eastern salesman there was constantly lingering after being told we wanted to look around on our own first multiple and multiple times. I purchased two twin beds and a king size mattress is less than a year ago. Within a few months one of the twin beds broke. When I called to get it fixed I was told my child was probably jumping on the bed and broke it. My son is 18 and no longer jumps on his bed. About four months later I noticed the paint rubbing off of both the twin beds. Again I called and I was told that this was not covered under the warranty. Worst furniture place or worst and most dishonest business in Houston. Beware!!! This place is a scam and is far from being anything near a reputable and honest business. My wife and I wanted to support a local business by buying from a local store. Let me tell ya, worst decision we have probably made in our life. The owner, Brad Taylor is rude and unethical. -0 Star this place is a shit hole. Pretty much tried to scare people into buying from them. Bryan Taylor is the worst !!! Trying to threatening me with messing up my credit!? Wow RUN fast as you can away!!!!!!

BBB has closed my complaint also but that's not because it's resolved. It's because we came to no agreement. Landmark Furniture refused to refund the sale after numerous requests. Landmark's last statement/reply was: "We will notify the credit bureas" even though I paid with a credit card....another attempt to intimidate or scare me into taking the furniture after they lied (sold me a mattress warranty but invoiced "As-Is" piece) and screwed up the delivery (wasted 7 hours of my time). 1) They promise the world verbally -- but check your paperwork (BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING to ensure it's all spelled out in black & white)!! 2) They have a "No Refund Policy" which they will never mention (unless you request one)! 3) They will ask you to complete a google review before you leave the store to brag about your awesome deal (before you find out it's all a crock of lies) - DON'T DO IT!
