A big thank you to Brittany for her exceptional customer service and providing me all the information I need to switch branches. Kudos!
I recommend going to another branch if possible. I applaud the woman for juggling front counter duty and the driver through at the same time. However, that's the only thing that impressed me. First, tell her that I want to make a 300 dollar payment. She acknowledged that I wanted to make a 500 dollar payment. I corrected her and told her no a 300 dollar payment.
