My husband just passed away and though both of our names are on the mortgage, they are making me jump hoops to PAY OFF my mortgage and home equity loan. I am the beneficiary of OUR JOINT ESTATE! One of the very few times I go inside to obtain clean new bills. The teller was so nice and patient. Because of the way the money machines work, she came up with a solution so that it didn't keep giving me the same bills back that I was trying to exchange. There's always friendly service in the drive through as well.
Disgusting bank! My wife and I had 3 bank accounts. Each had personal and we had joint account. My wife just passed away which is killing me beyond words. I had to close the accounts they wouldn't let me close my wife's personal account. Told me to bring in death certificate which I did, then said I'd have to get a affidavit from county saying I had right to close the account. So losing my wife is killing me then have to jump through hoops to close loose ends. If I can rate lower than a one, I would
