Cadence Bank financed my pool loan. They were easy to work with until I needed a payoff amount for my loan. They are now ignoring (refusing?) my request for a payoff amount. This is impacting me as I cannot proceed with my refinance of my home. I have sent emails as requested with the appropriate information but the mortgage team will not provide me the requested information.

Follow up to the conversation with the customer - Per our conversation this issue is currently resolved as you did receive the payoff statement that was sent to you on May 18, 2020. We do apologize for any delay regarding your payoff request. We do normally provide payoff statements within 24 to 48 hours, however due to the volume of payoff requests being received it is taking a little longer.
Cadence Bank is the WORST bank there is! The crap I had to deal with to get my "DECEASED" Fathers account closed. Cadence allowed deposits and debits out of my Fathers checking account, "AFTER" I had already gone in person and presented them with my Fathers Death Certificate! They assured me his account would be frozen, but they did not do that! Long story short, I had to go through an act of Congress to get my Fathers money that legally went to me and my sister.
