If I could do zero stars I would! The management is absolutely terrible, they change their policies without any notice and expect you to know! The manager girl there needs to be fired or demoted!
Poor customer service, the teller talked to me without ever making eye contact and her tone felt like I was in trouble. I just wanted to cash a $30 Check which she took over 5 minutes doing. I will never bank at this institution
Bad I am the Simmons customer since last more that 15 years never see that slow service and lack of knowledge thinking to close all my accounts
