Needed to cash a small check in Frisco today. They wanted to charge me $10 because I didn't have an account there. So I told the people who paid me that this Bank uses their customers clients to sponge money off of them. My bank does not do that and I wouldn't want to give somebody a check and then have my bank charging them just to use it. It's a terrible bank that I would never use it. They're much better ones. Absolutely the worst bank to ever exist. Employees are virtually useless and half the time don't know how to do anything.

I wish I would have seen all the bad reviews on here prior to applying for a loan. I was pre-qualified for a loan by Jennifer Carter-Navarro, but was subsequently denied in the middle of the appraisal. Because I own a small business, my 1040 looks a lot different from someone who does not own an s-corporation. Thier total lack of understanding of business banking is shocking. Simmons Bank's wire department is an anachronism and may ad well be compared with the Pony Express, which would be an insult to Pony Express riders. The lethargy, which describes the attitude and effort given by the Simmons wire department to get wires out in a timely fashion, is unique. Their complex wiring process and the amount of time it takes to get a wire sent are unnecessary business obstacles. Avoid this bank like the plague.
