Interesting to read the small amount of reviews Simmons Bank actually has but, no recent ones and the owner of Simmons only respond to positive reviews I see. This can be a problem also. I usually always give this bank a 5 star when the situation has been earned in many cases. It isn't necessarily the back or upper management it's the Bankers I & II that are the most help it seems with the day to day banking transaction mess ups. Well, I'll never bank here. I called to see if we could draw a bucket of water from the outside spiket for my 83 yr old mother who's water was froze. The woman proclaimed she didn't know how to answer that and that she would have to get approval from upper management . Grant it it wasn't a bank issue BUT if your employees think they gotta get it approved to let a senior citizen draw a bucket of water from outside I sure don't want y'all handling my finances.
