I've been with Simmons for several years now and haven't had many issues, at least until yesterday. I had an issue with my online banking, I called the Sherman location for help and the woman I spoke with was unbelievably rude. I was asking her to explain something to me that I didn't understand, and she was not helpful at all, just kept telling me to look back over my transactions instead of helping me figure out where the issue was, and her tone was extremely unprofessional and condescending. What a wonderful experience! Simmons Bank, Misty P (especially professional and prompt) and David K in Investment Service were exceptional performers when I had issues that needed attention. Without an appointment, my experience with this team of pro’s was above 5 stars by far. So wonderful to have our country back, and have respect and courtesy from the fine staff of Simmons Bank!
