A very long wait in drive thru I'm so surprised because they are more people in Sherman you expect to have more than one lane open terrible. If you in hurry it actually better to drive to Denison you be in and out from drive thru and same wait than here in Sherman 25min being second in line 😔
I've been with Simmons for several years now and haven't had many issues, at least until yesterday. I had an issue with my online banking, I called the Sherman location for help and the woman I spoke with was unbelievably rude. I was asking her to explain something to me that I didn't understand, and she was not helpful at all, just kept telling me to look back over my transactions instead of helping me figure out where the issue was, and her tone was extremely unprofessional and condescending.
