Terrible online banking that constantly crashes, account errors that make it difficult to process transactions and rude/entitled management.
If I could give this bank negative stars I would. Everyone moving to the Clinton area be aware if you want a bank who still does things exactly the same as they were 20 years ago, go here. Fees for everything...also I cannot transfer money into my account on a regular occasion. Online banking is almost always being "fixed". It's just overall sad that after 15 years they still can't get with the times, landmark bank..It's 2018.
