Hello, I have a debit card that I just tried to withdraw my money from the first withdraw I tried $640, and only 300 came out. The receipt said it withdraw 640 though. There should be a number on the machine to call in case something like this happens. Now I must wait 8 hours to talk to a bank employee about this issue. There is no 24hour line to call. This is not very good customer service (depending on how my interaction goes tomorrow with a bank employee I will update my review.)
