I was referred to this law firm regrettably. It took them over two weeks to get in touch with me. During that conversation not once did Jacob identify who he was within the law firm. He's a paralegal, not an attorney. I was told an attorney would be contacting me. With all due respect, maybe just maybe if you had an ounce of empathy and some basic customer service skills you could conduct an interview. I'm appalled at the smugness and lack thereof "caring". I see tons of disability attorney's providing free feedback online a... read more
