They were incredibly unhelpful to our situation. We own our own business and I work as a freelancer and they were unwilling to understand our unique situation and help us get our application in good standings. They couldn't even get my name right (called me Joshua) and listed the secretary of my landlord as the landlord, overall they showed the poor attention to detail and lack of care to help beyond their minimum requirement.
