Scam. Now his website, landlordlawyer.ca, is not accessible anymore, his toll free business phone number is not in service. The police may have caught him and put him in jail. He took money and filing fee and disappeared. He never filed to LTB or represented me on the hearing. He didn’t just do this to me, but to many other victims according to the reviews. Paid their fee which was to cover all costs related to end of eviction, but once they couldn't reach an agreement with tenant to move they stopped responding to me. They never filed with LTB as they said, but took my money for the filing fee. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Paid the fee, its been 2 years, and 4 hearings. The last one -these guys didn't even show, the tenants are still there, and I have had no contact from landlord lawyer to say why. Pick a different firm!
