Unprofessional, abusive, disorganized, unhelpful, irresponsible. Don't walk. Run. Gave Daniel extra pay to do extra preparations. He did no preparation at all. Told the adjudicator he had not reviewed the documents. Insulted me with swear words before and after the hearing. Did not meet the terms of our contract to review all documents. Charged $1000's more than superior paralegals. Made my landlord and tenant situation *so much worse.*
