We took the shuttle from MSP to Eau Claire. Very friendly, courteous and safe driver. (cant remember her name but we rode Jan 18th). Nice comfy seats. Best shuttle we've been on.

Excellent customer service!! The shuttles are comfy & the drivers are great, they are also the only pet friendly shuttle I’ve found! Their customer service is what really stood out to me, we had a miscommunication & they went absolutely above & beyond to resolve it. I appreciate these guys & would recommend them x100!
