First rate! This is a first rate bicycle shop. I have purchased three bikes here, shoes, other apparel, and bike accessories. While I have had to wait for some help, it's not for lack of staff; it's just that they are always so busy here. Be patient. This staff is top notch, and they will give you the best of help. They are experts, and if one can't answer a question, they'll ask around to find someone who can. I trust these people implicitly.
Landis not very helpful Been here several times and have noticed they are consistent in not being helpful. On one occasion, I had to wait to pay for an item while they chitchatted with each other. On another occasion while I waited for them to change a tire & tube for me, they just seemed unfriendly. Today, they sold me a patch kit that wasn't what I asked for, requiring I go back to get the right stuff. They may be convenient, but they seem to not care.... I'm going elsewhere.
cool kids but its really, really hard to compete with supergo down the street. Landis has a huge advantage in that they sponser the arizona triathlon club, which is a great place to get your butt kicked by a guy that ways 110 lbs, but is tougher than nails. A great work culture, and selection of bikes.
Bicycle I like going here because the staff is very knowledgeable. They not be your huge bicycle store but they carry a good selection of high quality bikes. I find that I get better service here than I do at the bigger more popular stores.
