Great first new serious bike! MIKE was absolutely informative, knowledged, and professional- 40 years ago, I said in Central PHX: one day imma have enough cash to get a bike at this place! Landis, ha- Today was that day! I have a Cervlo top of line bike but today gotta Marlin 7! cant to get home and ride in up in Northern AZ trails, will be back 2 get a few more, did a world of research, lotta' calls, found my dealer & salesman, Mr.Mike- I highly recommend this shop, GOOD VIBES♡

Landis is a Shop where you feel welcomed, all of your Cycling needs are taken care of by every single team member on staff.
I've been looking for a three-speed cruiser for a week or so, reading stuff online and generally obsessing about it. I went to this Landis (on Warner) last night because they were open "late" (seriously why do all the bike shops in this town close when everyone gets OFF work?). I walked around the store for a good 10 minutes without so much as an acknowledgment I even entered. Rude service Wow! Rude service. I asked for some help with my bike and they were as vague as possible and seemed to really be annoyed by my presence in their shop. Amazed that Specialized let's them be a dealer. I will definitely take my business elsewhere.
