RecommendedOur bike broke down while riding near the Phoenix location. We're from the Midwest on a cycling vacation. We limped into the store looking for help to get us back on the road. Turned out to be a failure with the rear crank arm of our Santana Tandem. They had the rare replacement part (old style crank arm), and fixed the bike within 15 minutes. Great job, that quite frankly saved or vacation. Very reasonable price break on the repair as well. Thanks again!!!

Landis Cyclery is the best ! I have several bikes serviced there and they always do a super job. They have a gifted bike tech named Eric who is amazing for repairs and suspension set up. I have also bought several bikes there and have been treated very well. They get John Hunt’s full approval
Landis did not explain my service appointment well. When I went in for bike service, I was given a receipt that states in big letters "Appointment 8/25/19 6pm". I showed up a little early on 8/25 to drop off my bike only to find out the appointment time was supposed to be completion time (not drop-off time). This was not explained to me (as a 1st time service customer). The two gentlemen who relayed the information offered no apology, no workaround, and were basically a bit cold.
