Landis Cyclery is Terrific with Wonderful Staff Avid mountain biker who took 10 years off. Back into the sport. Friend recommended my wife shop here for kids accessories for their bikes. awful service i dropped off a bmx bike for repairs. it took them 3 months to finish it. called them two times over two months, they said it wasn't done. and finally yesterday morning 12/08 - i called for the third time, the mgr said he will get on it and have it ready in two hours. so this morning i decide to go other and pick it up. i was very dissatisfied with the bike. they put on a whole new rear rim whereas they supposed to only repack the axle w/ freewheel gear etc. instead they put on a mismatched rim. they expected m... read more
Nice shop but pricey This shop had very high quality bikes and great sales staff. However, I was disappointed that they didn't have cheap bikes like what I was looking for. I ended up going to Walmart to buy a cheap bike. Personally, I wouldn't go back there unless I was ready to buy a higher end bike. PROS: High quality products and great sales staff CONS: pricey

I went today 12:/8 to have them replace a front tire and a seat which Was due to vandalism and when I went there, Adrian being totally honest with me told me it would cost more than it’s worth, so , with no sales pressure, I bought a Electra cruiser which is very comfortable to ride & there courtesy of the time they spend explaining about the bike is great and have made previous purchases with never a problem, so 🎩 to you and Thxs again for your honesty,!
Excellent customer service. I had an issues with an online order. It was very easy to communicate with a manager regarding this. They went above and beyond to make the order right.
