Landis Cyclery is the best Bike Shop in town. Landis is well know for their bikes and the have the best person there who can fit you to your bike size. They take time to answer all your questions.
Great service They have all your biking needs. We needed tires for my son's bike that won't "pop" they helped us out. Great staff and service a A-1...Don't hesitate to ask questions they know their bikes and have the answers.
Great Service I like Landis for their great selection and knowledgeable staff. They're very helpful in explaining things to bicycle newbies, but have the expertise to assist experienced cyclists. Prices aren't cheap, but they have virtually everything you could need.

I placed an online order recently with Landis for CO2 cartridges. They never entered my order so I contacted them to find out the status. J.J. stated their published pricing was incorrect and would not enter or ship my order. They asked if I wanted to pay a higher price to which I said no. I said I would agree to buy at their advertised price. They never fulfilled their obligation nor honored their pricing. This is a highly unethical eCommerce practice.

This is a great bike shop.
I appeared into Landis cyclery excpecting great things and I walked in and I wanted a mid-range bike. The staff was very rude and pushy into coaxing me to buy a more expensive bike. After several attempts to get a mid-range bike they eventually, left me to by myself. I felt like a small fish in there big ocean. I will never revisit the bike shop.
Terrible Service at Scottsdale store! Landis Cyclery is a good brand but the Scottsdale location is overpriced and offers terrible service, I cannot emphasize enough how terribly i was treated even after spending almost three thousand dollars at that store. The staff made no effort to help me, did not even care to fit my new bike, and refused to assemble a car rack. If you must go to a Landis store i would suggest trying the central Phoenix location as the people there are much friendlier and knowledgeable.
