The lawyers are professional, but their communication efficiency could be improved. Almost every response took more than two weeks, even for simple inquiries, and I had to follow up multiple times. I expected a quicker turnaround for such inquiries, so a more timely response would enhance the overall client experience.
Worked with Tim and the team and achieved a great result. Very professional and thorough in all aspects.
Contacted them multiple times and was advised someone would call within 24 hours and I'm still waiting nearly a week later. Poor form.
