Wow, this firm and Renia Zadourian is awesome. Very responsive. Very sensible. They helped put together employee severance agreements, helped through dealing with a difficult employee all while selling my business. I would recommend them and would certainly use them and Renia again.

I was checking the internet to find out what Roger Rebbe has been up to after settling a lawsuit with him after 25 years. Rebbe made false representations to me. According to public records Rebbe was convicted of aiding in the false preparation of tax returns and sentenced to over one year in prison plus a fine. Rebbe has continued to falsely represent that he is a Certified Public Accountant.
