At the beginning the relationship was great. Once we locked down a contract with a home purchase things went different. 6-10 days before closing we had two issues. It was found that location had not enough reserves then they had ligitation issues. The issue with reserves was fixed but legal issues were not. Landed did not review the document properly and assumed wrong. Landed did not review the association and building information until almost closing. Which caused us over $1500 in fees for no reason.
