The staff is always helpful and friendly and the vans in great shape. A great experience overall.
Everything was as expected...clean/well maintained van.
Very impressed!! Communication from beginning to end was excellent. Van was new and cleaned well for my arrival. Pickup and drop-off was easy and seamless.
I've been with this company since they were Adventure Rentals in Brighton, but am moving on after my most recent experience. After telling me that I couldn't pick up at 5pm on Sunday because they'd be closed, I agreed to pick up at 4pm. I was dropped off at their remote Milton location (which is just a parking lot, no buildings or businesses nearby, nowhere to sit and hardly any shade) and then the van was 50 minutes late (so the van arrived basically at 5, when I had originally wanted to pick up).
