Very impressed!! Communication from beginning to end was excellent. Van was new and cleaned well for my arrival. Pickup and drop-off was easy and seamless.
I've been with this company since they were Adventure Rentals in Brighton, but am moving on after my most recent experience. After telling me that I couldn't pick up at 5pm on Sunday because they'd be closed, I agreed to pick up at 4pm. I was dropped off at their remote Milton location (which is just a parking lot, no buildings or businesses nearby, nowhere to sit and hardly any shade) and then the van was 50 minutes late (so the van arrived basically at 5, when I had originally wanted to pick up). Wonderful vehicle to drive and ride. Easy to rent, pickup, and return. No complaints. Made the trip!
This was our first time renting. I paid extra for picking the van at 7am and we ended up getting it at 7:45am. No one was there at 7am. The van wasn't ready, they needed to clean it and needed some gas. We live 45 minutes away and made us be late to pick up our group.
