Where do I start. We reached out to Landa and Associates in October of 2020. The owner, Beatriz Landa personally attended us and assured us that they were experts when it came to QSR's. We paid the firm to set up and run three different QSR's. We incurred costs to set up each restaurant and to host our data in a hosting co. she suggested.
