Lauren M. and Grant G. were my Attorneys for seperate cases and both cases were won with thanks to their help. I keep seeing reviews where people are upset with the lack of help they recieved and while I do understand their frustration, I'm not sure that these people understand the services that Land of Lincoln offer. While I wanted my $1000 deductible back from the trailerpark I live in for tree damage, I know that that is a seperate civil matter, one that Land of Lincoln cannot help with. Very rude.
Absolute garbage organization. I was having an issue with Springfield Housing and was referred to this place from the HUD website, only for their secretary or paralegal or whoever she was (she didn't give her name) to repeatedly talk over me, cut me off, and then leave me on hold for 20 minutes. Afterwards, she told me that Land of Lincoln legal aid can't assist because they've previously or currently represented Springfield Housing AGAINST tenants. I called to get some help with the situation the guy that I got the lawyer supposedly was very rude kept talking over me would not let me talk just do not deal with this place
