Land of Lincoln should make every effort to tell customers that the office in Orland Park, Suite 500 is listed as “Regus” not Land of Lincoln. It would’ve made a much better impression & experience at my first appointment. However, during the testing, the hearing specialist was professional & extremely patient.
I would be very, very careful with this place if you decide to go there for hearing aids. First, there is no signage at Suite 500, at the Orland Park location. Website says they are Land of Lincoln hearing, but when you call them, the answering machine says their name is Innovative Hearing. I called at 4:50 pm on a Tuesday and the message said, "Sorry, we are closed. Our office hours are 9 to 5." So they are closed before 5 pm! Then, my mother went for hearing aids at this location.
