They are very helpful and pleasant every time
Going to leave this bank after 12 years you can’t ever get anyone on the phone so absurd
I'm going to leave this bank after 15 years. The local tellers are great, but they moved all phone calls to a call center that takes on average one hour plus just to talk to a person about your local finances. Absolutely terrible service. Over the years this place has just treated me worse over time. I can't wait to give my business to Midland.
You'll be on hold for an hour minimum, after wasting an hour talking to a bs automated system. 👎
