Been with this credit union for over 14 years, mostly good staff and good dealing with people, now, people are deciding to drive up the Northside Land of Lincoln Credit Union on Thema Keller st., than the one on Banker, or just apply for a different bank, entirely, due to the fact they change the way do it on the phone to the main call line. This one doesn't open on Saturdays, while the Northside opens, until 12pm. Otherwise, it an optimal credit union to go.

Been with this credit union for over 14 years, now, and came to the drive-up, all I wanted was to pay my credit card bill and ask about roth dues and update information, she could barely hear me, and they need to update their speakers, and have cards for withdraws for both drive-ups on nearest to the building and the other in the second drive-up with a tube that sucks up the cards to the teller. Going to leave this bank after 12 years you can’t ever get anyone on the phone so absurd
