Unfortunately I can’t recommend Land Law Co. Lack of communication in regard to dramas had after a sale. Was told I would get contacted after a review of what happened as it involved loss of funds then I sent another email 10 days later to follow up, that was in February and still haven’t received a reply. Was told by the purchaser that there was lack of communication with their solicitor/lawyer which ended up causing the issue with the release of funds.
