We received our escrow analysis 10/17/24 and it stated our payments would increase to $966.02 but if we made a payment to our escrow account then the payments should would change to $938.08. We did make the payment and so the amount updated in the system. However we recently changed insurance companies and was told that since we changed the company we have to send the mortgage whatever check we receive from the old company, which we received a check for $597 and paid it to the escrow account as we were told to do. Derek was my lender and was informative, patient, knowledge, understanding, empathetic and extremely helpful with every aspect of the process of getting a home loan. I’ve dealt with them for about two years now and when I first purchased my house they figured my closing cost wrong by over a grand that I had to come up with while sitting in their office or else I couldn’t close on the house. Over the 16-17 months I didn’t have many issues mostly cause I tried my hardest not to contact them due to when I’d have to it was pulling teeth to get a answer or a problem solved.
