Lisa Sampson in no way tried to help me! I was sent to her from UBD realty and she told me what I needed to do as for my credit and told me to try again in 3 months with was in March 2021. I worked hard and got my credit score to a 620. Had good history 10,000 down payment and she summed it up to a new system and underwriting as the reason I could not be approved for but 150,000.
