Please do not use this company. I have been trying to do a VA Assumable loan with this company and it has been stuck in Underwriting for 3+ months. They have pushed back the deadline for underwriting 4 times - with no explanation as to why. They sent me the wrong documents to fill out initially, so sent me the correct ones a month and a half later. They will not assign you a loan officer who you can work with or a direct phone number.
