absolutely horrible Customer service one hand does not know what the other hand is doing, and God forbid if they owe you any money they go round around in circles trying to avoid paying you your escrow
Frank went above and beyond to help and explained the process every step of the way. I was very impressed with him answering all my questions because I had many...lol.... He was definitely patient and friendly. I would recommend this company to my friends and family

Frank and Lisa of LHFS were professional, helpful and very patient in responding to my many questions. I felt comfortable dealing with them. When I decided to refinance, guess who I immediately contacted………Frank and Lisa! They assisted me, once again, with my financial goal. I highly recommend LHFS and their very capable agents.
