very unprofessional Customer Services.
They bought my mortgage from Wells Fargo and have been nothing but a nightmare!
Land Home Financial website is NOT user friendly. Their platform does not have the proper use to pay a mortgage payment. I called their customer service line, and all the lady could tell me is that there is a glitch in the system therefore their system is down. I do not feel comfortable pay my mortgage over the phone or sending a check to the California location. I also didn’t ask for you all to take over my mortgage from Wells Fargo.
