Very long wait to talk to someone and twice the CSR quickly tapped into the phone line and stated will be right with me without hearing my response, just seemed rude and very unprofessional to treat potential customers in this matter. Overall a thumbs down here dealing with Land Air Express!
Super rude Customer service up girl up front. Need to be more specific on where to pick up your package and the process. Delivery guys and rest of people seem great.
