Definitely would not recommend. We used them for conveyancing and had a number of issues with the house. We were left feeling they were either not on our side (more so just agreeing with the vendors), very incompetent or just didn't care. They left out floor leveling (re-piling) on the vendors to-do list, we had to chase up things that a lawyer probably should, and there was no money held back after settlement in-case of house issues (even after they said they would hold back money).
