We hired them for attorney and title work. They didn't disclose a FEMA non encrotchment of 40% of the property. If we knew this we would have never bought the property. That's called fraud

Very disappointed. Firm charges extraordinarily high closing fees. They purport to represent you, yet they don't return calls or answer questions. Instead, they shuffle you off to non-lawyer assistants who are condescending and rude. Save yourself the hassle. Find someone else.
