I have had the honor of working with Lance many times over the last few years. I first met him in 2005 when he was working as photographer for an athletic organization I was involved with. As a photographer myself, it is a rare experience for my being on the camera viewfinder! However, a beautiful gift from my daughter for my 52nd birthday entailed a connection with Lance's camera, studio and expertise. Lance just shot our maternity photos. To be honest, I was somewhat ambivalent about whether I even wanted any but once we got them back I honestly think they are some of my favorite pictures I've ever had taken. Lance captured some super sweet moments between my husband and I and created an atmosphere that made both of us feel totally relaxed and not awkward like some photo shoots can feel. Couldn't speak more highly of our experience.

I have been a model of Lance Hardy's for the past 5 years and have never had a bad shoot. Lance creates a relaxing and professional environment that the newest of model will be at ease with. Lance's talent lies in his ability to capture the beauty within from each model, regardless of the model's experience (or lack of.) A true artist and not just some guy with a camera. Lance has vision in his work and is set apart from the typical chain studio photographer.

After admiring a gallery of his work, I contacted Lance for an opportunity to collaborate with him in his studio. With no previous knowledge or understanding of being in front of a camera his warmth and positivity was quick to make me feel comfortable and at ease.
